The best marketing agencies in Delhi NCR, and how to pick the right one
Eight established marketing agencies in New Delhi and Gurugram, checked on their own sites, with a scoring sheet and the red flags that are common in the NCR market.
- Eight Delhi NCR agencies are listed alphabetically; Appryze is excluded from the list.
- Choose by your growth stage and main channel, not by a generic best-of ranking.
- Score agencies on the account team, measurement plan, relevant work and account ownership first.
- Avoid untraceable leads, cheap backlink packages and agency-owned ad accounts.
Looking for the best marketing agencies in Delhi usually means wading through hundreds of near-identical websites, each promising "360-degree" growth. Delhi NCR has strong agencies, but it also has a long tail of resellers, lead-selling shops and one-person operations behind polished sites. The goal of this page is to help you tell them apart.
Below are eight established agencies with offices in New Delhi or Gurugram, followed by a scorecard, a stage-by-stage fit guide, fee structures in rupees and red flags that are common in the NCR market.
Disclosure: Appryze compiled this list. Appryze is itself based in New Delhi, which is exactly why we have kept ourselves out of the list below; there is a separate, clearly labelled note about us at the end. Agencies are listed alphabetically, not ranked. Every address, founding year and service mentioned was checked on the agency's own website in November 2026. Ratings, fee levels, trophies and client rosters are deliberately missing here, since none of them could be checked independently.

New Delhi, Gurugram or Noida: how the NCR market splits
"Delhi agency" usually means Delhi NCR. In practice the region works as one market, and you will meet agencies from all three hubs on the same shortlist:
- Gurugram hosts many corporate and startup headquarters, so a lot of integrated and network-affiliated agencies sit there to be close to clients.
- New Delhi (Nehru Place, Okhla, Connaught Place and the industrial estates in the south) has many long-running independents, especially in SEO and social.
- Noida has a large pool of technology and delivery teams, which suits work that leans on web development and execution.
The commute matters only if you want regular in-person reviews. For campaign work, the deciding factor is the team, not the side of the border.
Match the agency to your stage, not to a "best of" list
The best digital marketing agency in Delhi for a listed company is rarely the best one for a seed-stage startup. Use this matrix to narrow the field before you take a single call:
| Your stage | What you need most | Agency profile to look for |
|---|---|---|
| Early startup, still testing the offer | Fast, cheap experiments on one or two paid channels | Small performance team where a senior person touches the account |
| D2C brand scaling past its first channel | Creative volume, Meta and Google at scale, marketplace ads | Performance agency with an in-house creative pod |
| B2B company with long sales cycles | Lead quality, CRM integration, LinkedIn and search | Agency that reports on qualified pipeline, not form fills |
| Established brand with large budgets | Brand building, media planning, integrated campaigns | Integrated or network agency |
| Organic search is the main channel | Technical SEO, content, authority building | SEO-led agency |
| Mobile app | Installs that turn into sign-ups and payments | App user acquisition specialist |

After the calls, score each agency from 1 to 5 on these points. The weighting reflects what usually decides whether an engagement works.
| Criterion | Weight | What a 5 looks like |
|---|---|---|
| Who runs the account | High | Named, experienced manager with a sensible client load |
| Measurement plan | High | Clear conversion tracking, offline or CRM conversions where relevant |
| Relevant work | High | Similar business model, and they can explain what they did |
| Account ownership | High | All ad, analytics and page assets created under your company |
| 90-day plan | Medium | Specific tests, budgets and decision points |
| Reporting | Medium | Weekly or fortnightly, tied to cost per lead, sale or install |
| Creative capacity | Medium | Can ship new ad variations every week or two |
| Contract terms | Medium | Short notice period, no lock-in without review points |

What Delhi agencies charge and how fees are structured
Agencies rarely publish prices, and quotes vary with scope and seniority. As a rough, typical guide for planning: small independent retainers for one or two channels often start in the tens of thousands of rupees a month, mid-size integrated mandates commonly run to a few lakh a month, and media is always extra. The structure matters as much as the number:
- Fixed monthly retainer for a written scope. Check how many creatives, campaigns and reports are included.
- Percentage of ad spend, often with a minimum fee. Ask whether the rate falls as spend grows.
- Project fees for audits, websites, tracking setups or launches.
- Cost-per-lead deals. Tempting, but only safe when you control the tracking and can reject invalid leads.
Ask for fees, media and GST as separate lines, and pay the ad platforms directly from your own account.
Red flags common in the NCR market
- Leads you cannot trace. If an agency "delivers" leads from its own forms or databases instead of your tracked campaigns, quality is hard to judge and the leads may be shared with others.
- Cheap monthly SEO packages that list hundreds of backlinks or directory submissions as deliverables.
- Follower or view packages that grow numbers without reaching real customers.
- Ad accounts in the agency's name, which leave you without history or data if you leave.
- Reports full of impressions and clicks with no cost per qualified lead or sale.
- No written scope, which turns every request into a new negotiation.

Frequently asked questions
Which are the best marketing agencies in Delhi?
It depends on what you need. Delhi NCR has SEO-led agencies such as Techmagnate and PageTraffic, integrated agencies such as Hashtag Orange, Pulp Strategy and Sociowash, and digital and martech players such as AdGlobal360, AdLift and Social Beat. Shortlist three that match your main channel and stage, then compare them on team, tracking and account ownership.
How much does a digital marketing agency in Delhi charge?
There is no standard price. As a rough guide, small independent retainers covering one or two channels often start in the tens of thousands of rupees a month, while integrated mandates at mid-size agencies commonly run to a few lakh a month. Ad spend is always extra. Ask for fees, media and GST on separate lines.
Is a Gurugram agency different from a Delhi agency?
Not really. Delhi, Gurugram and Noida work as one Delhi NCR market, and agencies from all three regularly compete for the same clients. Gurugram has many integrated agencies near corporate headquarters, while New Delhi has many long-running independents. Location matters mainly if you want frequent in-person reviews.
Should I pay a Delhi agency per lead?
Only if you control the tracking. Cost-per-lead deals can look efficient, but if the agency generates leads from its own forms or databases, you cannot easily check quality or whether leads are shared. Run campaigns from your own ad accounts, track conversions in your own analytics or CRM, and agree on rules for rejecting invalid leads.
What should a marketing agency report every month?
At minimum: spend by channel, conversions such as qualified leads, sales or installs, cost per conversion, and what changed and why. Good reports also show tests run, results, and the plan for the next period. Impressions, reach and clicks are useful context but should never be the headline.
Why isn't Appryze in its own list of Delhi agencies?
Appryze is based in New Delhi, so including itself would be a conflict of interest. The list covers other agencies, checked on their own websites and listed alphabetically. A separate note at the end explains what Appryze does: paid performance marketing on Google Ads, Meta, Amazon and app campaigns.
