Appryze ("we", "us") operates appryze.in. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill in a lead form, book a call or message us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, website or app link, and the details of your project or ad accounts that you choose to share.
• Verification data. To reduce spam we send a one-time code to the email address you enter and record that it was verified.
• Usage data. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, time) and analytics and advertising measurement data collected through the Meta Pixel and Google tag described below.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, prepare a scope, quote, audit or growth plan, and deliver the services you ask for.
• To contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your enquiry. We do not send marketing newsletters without your consent.
• To measure and improve the site and our advertising, including conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of our forms and to comply with legal obligations.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and Google tag (Google LLC) to measure visits and conversions and to show relevant ads. These tools may set cookies and collect device identifiers, IP address and page activity. Lead events may be sent to Meta through the Conversions API with hashed contact details so that ads can be measured accurately. You can control cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalised advertising through Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you (hosting, email delivery, analytics and advertising platforms, scheduling and messaging tools), with professional advisers where needed, or when required by law. Providers process data only on our instructions.

Storage and security

Lead data is stored on servers located in the European Union and protected with access controls and encryption in transit. We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards for records, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email amitsharma@appryze.in and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of the EU/UK and California have additional rights under GDPR and the CCPA, which we honour on request.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
